Purple pak choi is an Asian stem and leaf vegetable that provides us with fresh and delicious vitamins and minerals from summer to late fall. The delicate purple pak choi - a close relative of Chinese cabbage - goes perfectly with fried food, noodle dishes, pizza, egg dishes and much more.
