Flower Sprout is a new cabbage vegetable, a cross of rose and feather cabbage. A healthy and attractive vegetable, with a slightly nutty flavor that will surprise you. The handling is very simple, there is no need for tiresome preparation, the cooking time is about 4 minutes, Flower Sprout can be steamed, heated in the microwave, sautéed, boiled or blanched. Sowing: preculture from March in cold frame or tray. Prick young plants and plant them in the open field, or large container (30cm pot) on the balcony in a sunny location from mid-April.
