Mayan Rose is a new variety from the strain of "Solanum phureja", known for a 1/3 shorter cooking time than potato varieties from the "Solanum tuberosum". Mayan Rose is a cross between Mayan Twilight and Mayan Gold. High resistance to scab. Red-yellow skin and deep golden flesh. Good for boiling, mashing and frying.
