Potato of the Year 2014. Shapely, medium-early, robust table potato. Old, yellow variety. Spicy, potato-like taste. Good adaptability to different site conditions. Predominantly waxy. Rough, round-oval tubers. Granola produces reliable and high yields and is suitable for roast potatoes, soups and dumplings. Resistant to late blight, scab and damage and resistant to nematodes. One of the most widely grown potatoes in Germany from 1982 to 1994. 130 - 150 days to maturity. Can be stored in one position.
