The heat-loving sweet herb has 30 times more sweetening power than beet sugar. Prefers warm, nutrient-rich and not too hot locations. A compact plant is achieved by harvesting from the shoot tips. Its soft leaves grow on the flexible and hairy shoots and in the fall, Stevia forms white flowers at the tips of its shoots.
Non hybrid
Not frost resistant
Stevia is very sensitive to frost and must be brought back indoors to overwinter. Only water in winter when the leaves are limp.
