Description

Early ripening rarity from Tuscan cuisine. Attractive leek and table onion with a red stem. The elongated onions taste mild and are usually processed with the foliage. Raw they are suitable for seasoning salads, cooked to many dishes. On cold plates a decorative eye-catcher.
