Description
Perennial, dense-leaved, blue-purple scented plant with a lot of leaf mass; Requires little water, is adapted to dry sites. Full sun location. Flowering July to August; about 30-50 cm high. Heavy pruning is recommended after flowering. If pruned back in spring, the shrub will bloom very late. Light germinator. Sowing: from March under glass, prick out about 5 in pots; direct sowing from May. Lavender germinates unevenly and slowly. Light germinator.
