Description

'Zürcher Original' is an early, aromatic beef tomato with a balanced flavor. It is therefore also suitable for eating raw. This variety forms flat-round fruits of around 9x5 cm/3.5x2 in, bears abundantly and grows to over 2 m/2.2 yd high. It has a sweet, full flavor, firm flesh and can be stored for a long time. The tomato is not very susceptible to blight and should therefore be cut out regularly so that the fruits are not too close to the foliage.
