Description
low, hardy culinary herb for winter harvest. Taste similar to watercress. Cultivated form, leaf rosettes about 15 cm in diameter. Besides leaf use, the numerous gray seeds ripening in July of the second year can be used in many ways like mustard. Very productive. In the past, oil was also extracted from the seeds.
