When sowing, plan for a row or planting spacing of 52.5 cm so that the plants have enough room to grow. Be sure to protect long-lived spinach from cool temperatures, as it is not cold-hardy. By keeping it frost-free, you can make the most of this tropical crop’s perennial growth.
