Description
This seed-propagated species (Cymbopogon flexuosus) differs from the true lemongrass (Cympopogon citratus), which can only be propagated by division and grows with strong bulbs, by its thinner, grass-like growth. It is used in Southeast Asian cuisine and for making tea. The aroma is strong, acidic, lemony.
